Sarah –
Not well made at all. Bought 2 twin frames with mattresses in Dec 2022 and the frame is easy to put together however, I moved one bed to clean the floor this past fall and then the cross peices started falling out one by one and would not stay in causing the whole frame to buckle. I resorted to taking black Gorilla tape strips and taping in each bar individually into place. Apparently that was only a temporary fix because my son told me today they keep falling out. The construction is awful and not only did I remove unnecessary pieces such as the plastic end caps on each bar, it would make more sense if the bars were put in the opposite direction so when the bed is face up the bars would not fall out.

We apologize for your trouble with this foundation. The plastic end caps that are in the ends of the cross slats are there to help the cross slats grip into place. Those are best left on. If you would like, you may email us regarding this so we can see if there is any reachable resolution.
